Graphic design
Graphic design is my foundation. During my studies, I focused almost entirely on it and honed my skills in layout and visual design. I enjoyed arranging elements, combining colors, and placing text, and especially loved holding a finished, printed product in my hands at the end.
Even now, as a motion designer, I can feel how it helps me every day in my work. Still, sometimes I miss pure graphic design — creating it without bringing it to life in motion.
Instagram Redesign
A good example of my graphic skills is definitely the Instagram channel of Weltenwandler.
I did a complete redesign for it. It was important to me that the channel makes a polished first impression, so I organized the posts into color-blocked groups of three and have continued that approach ever since. I also created new highlights that are not only visually appealing but also informative.

Lindauer Nobelpreisträgertagung
Animation-Redesign
Since my internship, I’ve animated several mini-lectures for Lindau. At the beginning of 2024, they wanted a completely new design, as the clips had all followed the same style for the past 10 years. The new style should be both more modern and simpler. Especially the texture in the background was to be reduced, in order to save render time and effort on the motion designer's side.
